OUR STORY

Dill & Bay Restaurant is the realisation of a dream for Chef and owner Simon Jones and is the culmination of his desire, drive and determination, along with the support of wife and business partner Remmy.

 

In 2015, with a passion for food, service and quality Simon established Passion Supper Club and went on to serve over 500 guests with an ever changing and developing 4-course menu that moved with the seasons and tested his skills, all in his own home.

 

Dill & Bay Restaurant will continue to deliver the creative menus, and locally sourced ingredients, in an environment that feels welcoming and homely, started by Passion Supper Club, but in a more traditional restaurant setting. By creating a new genre of dining somewhere between FINE and CASUAL dining, Simon and Remmy serve up YORKSHIRE DINING.

 

Yorkshire Dining is fine dining without the pomp, casual dining with tablecloths. Great food to accompany your celebration, or punctuate date night with loved ones. 

 

Simon and Remmy have worked to develop a fantastic wine list and selectively stocked bar to provide the perfect drinks to compliment your meal.
