We opened Dill & Bay on the 19th of November 2016 as my first venture in the hospitality industry. So with no real experience, only several jobs in restaurants and learning from the bosses there, I knew we would develop our restaurant by touch and feel to ensure it's success.
The next evolution is coming in the form of Breakfasts. We have a fabulous environment here and with my passion for quality and hosting it's the right time to grow from lunch and dinner 5 days per week, to include Breakfast. We'll serve breakfast and lunch Monday to Sunday so that you'll know no matter what day you're hankering for a full English, coffee, croissant or a toasted tea cake then we'll be here for you.
Official launch date is TBA but we'll be here for the summer holidays I'm sure.
